I feel like it took me longer than it should have to understand the logo. The problem, I think, is the font choice for QK. I thought it was trying to draw attention to the final 2 with a circle and a black rectangle blocking one out and couldn't decide what the diagonal lines were for.
I mean, maybe figuring it out was what you were going for, but otherwise I might consider changing it up just a little.
